CAREERS

There are a variety of careers in the Forestry sector, from actually harvesting the wood, to growing it (silviculture), to working for a large company or a government agency (such as the Department of Forestry and Agri-foods).

Before making a career-related decision, you should research what is entailed: what kind of education do you need, how likely are you to get a job, where will you probably be working, etc.
